Affiliate Program Terms

ChatUp: AI Chat Bot Assistant

These terms govern participation in the ChatUp affiliate program (the “Program”). By joining the Program you agree to these terms in addition to the ChatUp Terms of Use.

1. Commission

Affiliates earn 30% of each subscription payment made by a referred customer through ChatUp web checkout, for payments occurring within 12 months of that customer’s first paid invoice. The commission rate and window in effect when you join are recorded on your account and applied to your future referrals; we may change Program rates for new referrals prospectively.

2. What is eligible

  • Only purchases completed through Stripe checkout on our website are eligible. Purchases made through the Apple App Store (or any app store) are not eligible and cannot be attributed, even if you referred the customer.
  • Attribution is last-click via your personal referral link and a 60-day first-party cookie. If the cookie expires or is cleared before checkout, the purchase is not attributed.
  • Self-referrals (subscribing through your own link, directly or indirectly) earn no commission.

3. Refunds and adjustments

Commission on payments that are later refunded, disputed, or charged back is voided. Pending earnings are reviewed for refunds before each payout.

4. Payouts

Payouts are made manually on a rolling basis (typically at least once per month) once your pending balance reaches $25, via a payment method agreed with you (e.g. PayPal or bank transfer). You are responsible for any taxes on amounts you receive.

5. Conduct

You may not: bid on ChatUp brand keywords; represent yourself as ChatUp; spam; use the link in incentivized, misleading, or unlawful placements; or attempt to manipulate attribution. We may withhold commissions produced by prohibited conduct and may suspend or terminate Program accounts that breach these terms.

6. Changes and termination

We may modify or discontinue the Program at any time. Earned, unpaid commissions from eligible referrals prior to termination will still be paid unless they were produced by a breach of these terms.
