Is there a web trial?
Web plans do not include a free trial. Payment starts when you confirm your subscription.
How do renewals work?
Weekly plans renew each week and yearly plans renew each year at the displayed amount, plus applicable tax, until canceled.
How do I cancel?
For a web plan, open ChatUp Account → Manage billing. Canceling stops the next renewal; access continues through the paid period. Deleting your account or the app does not cancel a subscription.
