About ChatUp Editorial
ChatUp guides are published by Lightning Deals LLC, the company behind ChatUp. “ChatUp Editorial” is our publication byline, rather than an individual author or an independent review organization. We have a commercial interest in ChatUp, and our guides link to our product.
What our guides cover
Our focus is using AI with your own material: writing from a brief, checking a document, building a prompt, and choosing an available tool. A guide should help you complete a task and check the result. Product availability, models, access requirements, and pricing can change; check the current app and pricing page before making a purchase.
Examples and evidence
A prompt is an example to adapt, not a promise that every model will return the same answer. Fictional exercises and editor-written answer keys are labelled as such. They do not represent a live model test, a customer result, or a performance benchmark. When a guide reports a test, it should identify the model, date, input, evaluation criteria, and limitations.
AI tools may assist with drafting or organizing guide material. That does not make a fluent answer evidence. Check consequential facts against the linked source or original document. Dates describe publication and substantive revisions, rather than certifying that every product detail remains current.
Sources and comparisons
For factual claims about another product, use that provider’s documentation or published terms. Links beside a claim or in a guide’s source section let you check its context. Our older guides are being reviewed against this standard; the presence of this page does not mean every older article has a completed source review.
Our comparisons describe tasks, access, supported inputs, and limitations. They should explain their criteria and disclose our affiliation. They are not independent rankings or proof that ChatUp outperforms another app. Health, financial, and legal guides explain AI workflows; they do not establish professional qualifications for the publisher or replace qualified advice.
